Position : Digital Marketing Director

Job Summary

As our Digital Marketing Director, you will lead TiNDLE and Next Gen Food’s digital strategy and execution. You will be a key marketing leader focused on building our brands’ awareness and affinity through digital, social media, and content marketing. You will conceptualize, develop, and initiate new strategies, new support models, and new technologies.

You will work closely with the regional brand teams and key partners in the markets. You will lead the thinking and train the organization. You build up and manage your team.

You should be used to working in a fast-paced environment, as well as in virtual settings with colleagues from around the world, from different cultures and in different time zones.

Job Description

  • Develop and lead the execution of digital and social media strategies across all channels for TiNDLE and Next Gen Foods, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Attract new users/followers by developing deliberate content marketing, content development and content distribution strategies. Determining the right mix and sources for owned, co-created and user-generated content.
  • Define the annual global content calendar across all our social channels and identify efficient ways to create, adapt and reuse content across platforms in the most native way possible.
  • Support our launches across the world with relevant strategies and execution.
  • Step-change paid media performance through creative iteration, A/B-testing, and target improvement.
  • Partner with Influencer Marketing to develop strong social media influencer partnerships and ensure working with social influencers is seamlessly integrated into our workflows.
  • Partner closely with internal and external creative, digital, and analytic agencies to bring the strategy to life.
  • Lead the development and set up of KPIs and ongoing tracking.
  • Track & communicate digital marketing performance against KPIs on a global and regional level and propose recommendations to improve results.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Minimum of 8 years digital marketing experience in a fast-paced and busy marketing department. Ideally within F&B industry or on consumer facing brands and products.
  • Proven track record of developing multi-channel digital campaigns with clear KPIs.
  • Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of key social media platforms and best practice.
  • A good understanding of growth hacking tools (e.g., JTBD, personas, pirate funnel, experiments, tracking, a/b- testing, retention)
  • Understanding of Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising and analytics.
  • E-commerce experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experienced in managing teams (ideally dispersed teams in virtual settings).
  • Demonstrated creativity and creative management, including experience in leading creative work and agency partnerships.
  • Digitally savvy, active on social media and highly curious about new digital trends.
  • Mother tongue or professional fluency in English required.
