As the Sr. Partner Success Manager – US, reporting into the VP of Business Development & Strategy – US, your role is to develop and execute strategic business plans and marketing solutions to grow the brand’s position in plant-based foods through strategic partnerships. As well, create strategic plans and thought leadership with insights to drive business growth, deliver sustainable growth strategies and tactics. 


  • Develop, build, and nurture relationships with key foodservice, retail, and brand partners to enhance our mission, strengthen our brand, and grow our business 
  • Lead the project team, in collaboration across functions and with our external agency partners, to successfully launch TiNDLE into new markets and partnerships
  • Define and execute market tests, limited time offers (LTOs), activations, and promotional campaigns with large customers that fuel ongoing growth within accounts and aid in future sales
  • Develop scalable strategies and tactics that result in successful launches nationally
  • Management of partner launches and ongoing campaigns, including but not limited to crafting the overall strategy, coordinating internal and external parties, and supporting activations, promotions, and events
  • Act as brand champion and ensure we deliver a compelling and consistent brand narrative across all channels 
  • Develop big ideas and programs for partner launches across owned and paid channels in partnership with the digital marketing team
  • Lead the relevant budget, including management and tracking 
  • Analyze market successes and improvements with customers and partners

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Position requires a Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-5 years in food & beverage, hospitality, retail or other related industry managing partnership launches and relationships with experience working in a start-up or with a new brand
  • Regular Customer and/or Conference Travel 
  • You demonstrate ability to collaborate and work well cross-functionally
  • Our fast pace excites you; you are comfortable to balance multiple competing directions, and manage multiple projects successfully 
  • You are organized, structured, able to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
  • You are agile in the face of changes and ambiguity. You are considered a creative and pragmatic problem-solver 
  • You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done 
  • You are proactive, with a high sense of urgency and ownership
